Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: Sliced into 2 thinner breasts and marinated in a quick greek marinade of olive oil, fresh lemon juice and spices. I love the Smart Chicken brand of chicken breast. It's a quality product that I can tell a difference in versus other chicken brands.
Tortillas: To wrap all the ingredients inside of. I suggest 10 inch tortillas or burrito sized to hold everything.
Tzatziki Sauce: A simple yogurt sauce that includes fresh dill, garlic, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. I recommend the fage brand of yogurt. It's tangy with fresh flavors and makes the best spread for these wraps. Don't skip it!
Toppings: Fresh topping options that I love for these wraps are lettuce, red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese.
See the recipe card below for the full list of ingredients and quantities.
Substitutions and Variations:
Any wrap or flour tortillas can be used for this recipe, just try and find a 10 inch large burrito size. This recipe also works with pita bread too.
Love Spicy? Add in a few dashes of crushed red pepper flakes into the tzatziki sauce, or sliced jalapeño for topping.
Boneless skinless chicken thighs could be used in place of the chicken breast if you prefer dark meat. However, they will take longer to cook. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees before removing from the pan.
In the tzatziki sauce, the greek yogurt can be substituted with sour cream. It has a slightly different taste, but really similar overall.
Have a Blackstone? Make the Chicken breast on the griddle.
How to Make Greek Chicken Tzatziki Wraps:
Step 1: Prepare Chicken Breast. Slice each chicken breast in half in width to create two thinner chicken breasts, 4 in total.
Step 2: Marinate Chicken. Place the chicken in a large bowl. Add in juice from ½ a lemon, ¼ cup olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken in the marinade and allow to sit on the counter top for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Make the Tzatziki Sauce. While the chicken is marinating, combine yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced cucumber, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic, ⅛ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon pepper. Stir to combine and place in the fridge until assembling the wraps.
Step 4: Sauté the Chicken. In a large skillet over medium heat on the stovetop, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Using tongs, add the chicken from the marinade into the skillet.
Cook the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove to a plate for a few minutes.
Step 5: Slice the Chicken Breast into strips or dice into cubes.
Step 6: Assemble the Wraps. Heat the tortillas on the stovetop or in the microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable. Spread a spoonful of tzatziki sauce into the center of the wrap and top with chicken strips.
Step 7: Top with fresh toppings: lettuce, onion, peppers, olives, feta cheese.
Step 8: Tuck the ends in and roll into a wrap, like a burrito. Slice in half. Serve with extra tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
Expert Tips:
- Try to cut the chicken in half into similar sized breast so they cook evenly in the pan.
- Pat dry the lettuce and olives to avoid excess water in the wraps.
- Make sure to heat the wraps for a few minutes on the stovetop or 15-30 seconds in the microwave for easier folding, without ripping.

Recipe FAQs:
Tzatziki is one of my favorite sauces/dips. It's made up of greek yogurt, garlic, lemon cucumber, dill, & olive oil. It's so easy to make and tastes delicious!
Yes, Tzatziki sauce is healthy. It's high in protein from the greek yogurt and olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties. You probably wouldn't want to eat the entire batch, but just as a sauce for the pitas, it is absolutely healthy!
Store the leftover ingredients in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend storing the chicken separate from the veggies and building the wrap when you're ready to avoid soggy textures.
