–  medium sized asparagus  – olive oil – salt and black pepper – mayonnaise – dijon mustard –  puff pastry dough – mozzarella cheese – parmesan cheese – egg and water

Cut off the bottom 2 inches of stalk. Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 5 minutes.

Make the spread by mixing together mayonnaise and dijon mustard until combined.
