Saute the bacon, then remove the bacon to a plate leaving the grease in pan. Stir in brown sugar and butter.

Place the Brussels Sprouts cut side down in pan and caramelize.

Toss in salt and pepper, bacon and balsamic glaze. Transfer to cookie sheet.
