Blackened Charred Corn Recipe

– Fresh Sweet Corn – Jalapeño  – Vegetable oil – Salted butter – Fresh lime juice – Cilantro – Blackened Seasoning

Make the blackened seasoning by mixing paprika, onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme and cayenne.

Add Corn and Jalapeno into a cast iron skillet on medium heat.

Char the corn for about 8 minutes, stirring every so often. Add in the blackened seasoning.

Pour in the lime juice, butter and sprinkle with cilantro.

Serve with a little cotija cheese or crumbled feta and lime wedges. So yummy!
