Double Smoked Traeger Ham

“This Double Traeger Spiral Ham is smoked on a Traeger Pellet Grill to perfection. It's a great main dish for Easter or Christmas!”

Ingredients

– 1 (6 lb) bone in spiral ham –  dijon mustard –  all purpose seasoning –  pineapple juice  – your favorite hot sauce – 1 packet ham glaze from ham bag or 1 batch of my pineapple ham glaze

Turn Traeger to 250 degrees. Coat ham in dijon mustard and seasoning.

Add the pineapple juice and 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce into a spray bottle.

Smoke the ham on the traeger, spraying with pineapple juice every 30 minutes.

Smoke until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees.
