2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

dash of salt and pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

This chicken is perfect for meal prepping. Add into salads, quesadillas, sandwiches, or pitas during the week!

Combine the garlic salt, oregano, thyme, onion powder and salt and pepper into a bowl and stir.

Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise so you are left with four chicken breasts. Sprinkle seasoning over the chicken.

Heat oil on medium heat in skillet. Cook chicken for 4 minutes on each side until internal temp is 165 degrees.
