Easy Poblano Sauce

– Poblanos – Fresh cilantro – Lime Juice – Sour cream – Garlic cloves – Red onion – Jalapeno – Cumin & Chili Powder – Hot sauce – Sea salt

Char the Peppers

Roast the peppers over open flame until they are blistered on all sides.

Steam the Peppers

Steam the peppers in a bag for 15 minutes to loosen the skin.

Peel the Peppers

Remove the stems, seeds and peel all the skin off the peppers.

Make the Sauce

Into a blender, add poblanos, cilantro, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, jalapeno, red onion and spices.
