Farro Salad Recipe

This Farro Ancient Grain Salad is filled with fresh flavor and tossed in a curry dressing. A great prep ahead salad for the week!

Cook the farro according to package directions or in the rice cooker.

Finely chop up pecans, onions and parsley.

Make the dressing by whisking together curry powder, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
