– Bell Peppers – Chicken or vegetable stock – Pearl couscous – Olive oil – Zucchini – Onion – Salt and pepper – Garlic – Roasted red peppers – Kalamata olives – Marinara sauce – Dried oregano – Feta cheese and Fresh Basil

Wash, cut and remove seeds from bell peppers. Bake for 20 minutes.
