Step 1: Cut the roasted red peppers into bite size pieces.

Step 2: Dry all the ingredients really well.

Step 3: On the kabob, slide on the salami, artichoke, mozzarella, olive and roasted red peppers.

Step 4: Arrange the skewers in a circle shape like a wreath and place the balsamic glaze in the middle.
