– Penne pasta – Olive oil – Celery, Carrots – Zucchini – Yellow squash – Red bell pepper – Broccoli florets – Kale  – Salted butter – Garlic clove – Heavy cream – Parmigiano reggiano cheese – Pasta water  – Salt & Pepper

Cook the pasta until al dente.  Saute veggies in dutch oven for 6 to 7 minutes.

Create the cream sauce with butter and garlic. Add in salt and pepper, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Slowly add in pasta water until the desired consistency.
