The Ingredients

Baby Arugula Peaches Burrata Blueberries Red Onion Prosciutto White Wine Vinegar Olive Oil Honey Dijon Mustard Salt and Pepper

STEP 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 & COOK PROSCIUTTO FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES UNTIL CRISPY

STEP 2

Whisk together the white wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, and salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Add baby arugula into two bowls. Sprinkle over red onion, blueberries, peaches, burrata, and crispy prosciutto. Top with the dressing.
