– elbow macaroni noodles – celery, – carrot – grated onion – Hellmann's mayo – granulated sugar –  whole milk –  apple cider vinegar – salt & black pepper

Boil elbow noodles until about 1 minute past al dente, but still firm when bitten into. 

Boil Pasta

Whisk together the mayo, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until combined.

Make Sauce

Strain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Stir in carrot, onion and celery.
