Whisk together the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. This will thicken the sauce into a glaze.

Into the saucepan, add in butter, brown sugar, pineapple juice, dijon mustard, honey, clove and cinnamon.

Heat over medium heat until butter melts. Add in cornstarch mixture and whisk well.

Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat.

Brush over exterior of ham. Cook for another 20 minutes to caramelize glaze.
