The Best Prosciutto Chicken

– Chicken breast – Parma ham prosciutto  – All purpose flour – oregano, salt and pepper – Salted butter – Olive oil – Garlic cloves – Dry white wine like Chardonnay – Lemon juice –Parmigiano-reggiano cheese – Fresh parsley

Slice chicken breast in half and use the meat tenderizer to pound into even thickness.

Lay the prosciutto over the chicken and use fingers to push down to adhere it.

Saute the chicken in a skillet, prosciutto side down and cook for 4 minutes.
