Step 1: Cook the onion and carrot in dutch oven until softened.

Step 2: Add in ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.

Step 3: Add garlic and spices, then beans, tomato sauce and Rotel.

Step 4: Pour in chicken stock and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
