The Ultimate Chicken Romano

– chicken breasts – all purpose flour – dried oregano – garlic powder – salt – black pepper – eggs – panko breadcrumbs – parmesan cheese – pecorino romano cheese – vegetable oil

Slice chicken breast into 2 thin cutlets and pound to even thickness. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare 3 bowls.. 1. flour, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder 2. whisked egg 3. Panko, parmesan and pecorino romano cheese

Dip chicken in flour bowl, then dredge into eggs, then cover in panko and cheese mixture.

Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
