This Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing Recipe is creamy with loads of fresh herbs and so much flavor. Making your own salad dressing doesn't have to be difficult and this one comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 and 1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt, preference for Fage brand 0% or 2%
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise, preference for Hellmanns
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
- 3/4 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Into a large bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, chives and 1/2 cup milk. Whisk to combine.
- Pour in remaining 1/4 cup slowly whisking at the same time until you get the desired consistency. Note: I use the full remaining 1/4 cup, but if you like a thicker texture, you may not need any of it.
- Store in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors blend and cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Mince the herbs really fine for the best taste.
- If you're picky about the texture of your ranch, whisk the last 1/4 cup of milk in slowly until the get the desired texture. If it's for dipping you may want to just use 1/2 cup of milk, so that it's thicker.
