Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 10 ounce original goat cheese
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 2 ripe peaches, skin on and diced
- 1 mango, pit and skin removed and diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeds and stems removed and diced fine
- 3 tablespoons pistachios, no shell
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- Pita chips or triscuits for dipping
Instructions
- Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and allow to sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Dice up the peaches, mango, and jalapeno.
- Place the pistachios in a sandwich bag and hit with a mallet to crush into different sizes.
- In the stand mixer with beater attachment or in a bowl with hand mixer, whip up the cream cheese for 30 seconds on medium speed. Add in the goat cheese and beat for another minute.
- Spread the goat cheese base on the bottom of the serving dish. Cover the goat cheese in a layer of peach preserves. Sprinkle over the peach, mango and jalapeño. Top with crushed pistachios and drizzle the hot honey over the dip.
- Serve with pita chips or triscuits for dipping. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Allow the cream cheese to come close to room temperature before whipping with the goat cheese to avoid clumps.
- This dip tastes best the same day. The fruit will continue to leak out juices, which makes it watery over time.
