10 fresh mint leaves 3 ounces Rum 6 ounces Mango Nectar Juice from 1/2 a lime 1 ounce Simple Syrup 4 ounces Club Soda Lime Wedges and Mint Sprig for garnish Ice
Into a shaker, add in the mint leaves and muddle. Twist the muddler into the mint leaves about 5 times to release juice. Once you begin to smell the strong mint, you can stop.
Add in the simple syrup, mango nectar, rum, juice from ½ a lime and top with ice. Shake this up well.
Fill two cocktail glasses with ice. Pour the shaker ingredients over the top to a little over half full.
Top with Club Soda.
