Whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, shallot and garlic for the dressing. Place in fridge.

Cut the pears in half and remove the seeds and stems. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.

Mix arugula with honey vinaigrette dressing to combine. Add into 2 large salad bowls.
