Melt butter over medium low heat and add onions and salt. Cook low and slow for 15 minutes to caramelize.

Combine mayonnaise, black pepper and prepared horseradish for the sauce.

Slice the rolls in half and layer on roast beef onto the bottom. Spread sauce on the top buns.

Add on caramelized onions & cheddar cheese.

Bake in the oven for 13 minutes.
