Sour Cream Sauce


This Sour Cream Sauce is so delicious drizzled over enchiladas, tacos, burritos or dunk potatoes or chicken wings right into this creamy sauce. It's so easy to whip up in just minutes and it adds some serious flavor! 


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (not smoked)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onion or chives, thinly sliced


  1. Into a large bowl, add in the sour cream, milk, minced fresh garlic, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and salt and pepper, along with half of the chopped green onions.
  2. Whisk to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Serve in a bowl and top with remaining green onion.
  4. Enjoy with potatoes, wings, enchiladas, tacos & more!


  • Slice the green onion nice and thin for the best texture.
  • If the sauce gets too thin, you can add in more sour cream. If it's too thick, slowly add in a teaspoon at a time of milk.
