These Oven Baked Ham and Swiss Cheese Croissants are so easy to prep in just minutes. Pop them in the oven and they'll come out with gooey melted cheese on a buttery baked croissant. An absolute must try recipe with minimal ingredients needed!

  • 4 large croissants
  • 12 deli slices of ham, about 1/2 lb sliced
  • 8 deli slices of baby swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, I prefer Hellmann's brand
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the croissants in half into a top and bottom. Spread the crossiants out on a cookie sheet leaving them opened up. Layer on 3 slices of ham onto the bottom half and cover with a slice of cheese. Cover the top half with another slice of cheese. Note: I rip each slice of cheese into two pieces, so it covers the sandwich better without melting off.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the dijon mustard, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce onto the top of each croissant over the cheese. Cover the top half over the bottom half.
  5. Slice in half if desired. Serve and enjoy!

  • Don't add the sauce until after baking. It dries up in the oven.
  • Keep an eye on the croissants while baking because they can burn quick.
