Description

Frozen Mango Mocktails are so easy to make with only 4 ingredients. They are non-alcoholic and great for kiddos and adults. Get ready for the most refreshing drink for a hot Summer day. Plus, they take less than 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cream of coconut
  • 11 ounce coconut water
  • juice from 1/2 a lime, plus 2 lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen mango, coconut water, fresh lime juice and cream of coconut into the blender.
  2. Blend on high to combine, then scrape down the sides and blend again.
  3. Pour into two glasses and top with lime wedges. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Leave the mango in the freezer until right before making them.
  • I know fresh over frozen is typically better, but I highly recommend frozen mango for this recipe. You could always cut them up fresh, then freeze for 2 hours.
  • This recipe only makes 2 drinks but can easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled in the blender.
