Frozen Mango Mocktails are so easy to make with only 4 ingredients. They are non-alcoholic and great for kiddos and adults. Get ready for the most refreshing drink for a hot Summer day. Plus, they take less than 5 minutes to make.
Mocktails have become quite the rage lately and I'm all here for it. I love a tasty cocktail, but I hate how the alcohol dehydrates me so badly. We're skipping it in this drink and adding in coconut water, which adds extra hydration and electrolytes.

Why You'll Love This Drink:
- Non-alcoholic. Skip the hangover and stay hydrated. Plus, the kiddos can drink them too!
- Cold and Refreshing. I love using frozen mango for this recipe because it keeps the drink frozen and there's no chopping because it's already cut into chunks.
- Quick and Easy. Throw the ingredients into a blender and that's it..ready to drink!
- Minimal Ingredients. Only 4 ingredients for this easy mocktail.
Pair this mocktail with an easy snack, like chips with jalapeรฑo pimento cheese, mango habanero salsa, or cowboy caviar.
Ingredients:

Frozen Mango: Ready to go right from the freezer. You don't have to worry about them being too mushy or too sour. I prefer frozen over fresh for this recipe because I love the frozen slushy texture.
Cream of Coconut: A thick sweet coconut syrup that's most commonly used for Pina Coladas. It tastes amazing in this mocktail and I highly recommend!
Coconut Water: VitaCoco and the Kirkland brand of Coconut Water are my favorite. Even if you don't like coconut water, I'm confident you'll love these mocktails. The other flavors really overpower the taste of the coconut water.

Substitutions and Variations:
- If you want the drinks more frozen, add in a cup or two of ice.
- Don't have cream of coconut? Add in a tablespoon or two of milk. Greek yogurt could work too, but we want a mocktail and not a smoothie.
- Fresh mango can be used too, but you'll need to add a few cups of ice into the blender. I find the fresh mango can be a little heavier on the pulp too, but if you have a really good blender, you should be okay. Another option is cutting it fresh, then freezing for at least 2 hours before starting the recipe.

How to Make Mango Mocktails:

Step 1: Add the frozen mango, coconut water, fresh lime juice and cream of coconut into the blender.

Step 2: Blend on high to combine, then scrape down the sides and blend again.

Step 3: Pour into two glasses and top with lime wedges. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Expert Tips:
- Leave the mango in the freezer until right before making them.
- I know fresh over frozen is typically better, but I highly recommend frozen mango for this recipe. You could always cut them up fresh, then freeze for 2 hours.
- This recipe only makes 2 drinks but can easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled in the blender.
