Description

This Garlic Bread in Air Fryer broils uinto the most delicious toast in just minutes. Get ready for a cheesy garlic melt in your mouth experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Medium sized loaf of french bread
  • 1 cup parmigiano reggiano (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3  cup minced chives
  • 3 tbs salted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees (this is the default air fryer temperature). Cut the french bread into roughly 1 inch slices.
  2. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan on medium low heat and add the garlic for 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, warm butter and garlic, cheese, chives and a dash of salt and pepper to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
  4. Spread a small spoonful of the garlic mixture onto each top of the french bread slices. Place half of the garlic bread into the air fryer in one single layer. Air fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Carefully transfer onto a serving plate and cook the next batch.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Allow the butter to cool for a few minutes before combining with the mayonnaise. This will keep it more like a spread versus a liquid, which will soak into the bread.
  • Don't overcook these as they can burn quickly.
