Description
Watermelon margaritas should be labeled "the drink of summer." This cocktail is light, refreshing and will hit the spot.
Ingredients

- 3 c. frozen chunks of watermelon. I just cut it up and threw it in the freezer early afternoon. It was almost frozen solid by dinner.
- 3 oz of tequila (*I used silver patron)
- Juice of one large lime
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 c. ice
- You need salt for all around that rim
Instructions
- Prep your margarita or cocktail glasses. I used a plate, and squeezed a little of my lime juice onto one side and salt on the other. Roll your rim in the lime juice, then in the salt.
- Blend your watermelon, tequila, lime juice, honey, and ice into the blender to create the most delightful frozen watermelon margarita.

Make sure the watermelon is frozen for this recipe.
