Lavender Latte

This Lavender Latte is delicious and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness and floral notes. It is so simple to create and you can make this latte hot or iced!


  • 1 ounce of Lavender Simple Syrup (Store-bought or try my homemade Lavender Simple Syrup)
  • 1 espresso shot 
  • 2/3 cup milk (I use Oat Milk, but regular Milk or Coconut Milk is good too)


  1. If you are making my homemade Lavender Simple Syrup, start with that recipe. It takes 40 minutes, start to finish, but 30 minutes of it is just steeping. Highly Recommend for a better taste than store bought!
  2. Hot Latte: Pour 1 ounce of Lavender Simple Syrup into a coffee cup. If it came straight out the fridge, allow it to come to room temperature for a few minutes, so it doesn't cool your latte off quick.
  3. Prepare an espresso shot and steam the milk.
  4. Into the coffee cup with the syrup, pour in the espresso and Stir. Top with 2/3 of the steamed milk and give it a little stir. Finally, top with remaining milk. 
  5. Iced Latte: Prepare an espresso shot and let it cool for a few minutes. 
  6. Fill the glass with ice. 
  7. Add in the 1 ounce of Lavender Simple Syrup. Then, milk and the espresso shot. Stir well and enjoy! 


Top with whipped cream for an extra treat!
