Description

This Cream Cheese Marshmallow Fruit Dip combines a few simple ingredients and whips up in minutes. It is melt in your mouth delicious and is the perfect dip to dunk any fruit into!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temp, leave out on counter for at least an hour before making)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff (The Marshmallow Fluff Brand is best)
  • Fruit to serve with the dip: I like to use strawberries, grapes and pineapple

Instructions

  1. Into a stand mixer (or use a hand mixer and large bowl), add in the softened cream cheese and beat on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Reduce speed to low and add in the powdered sugar. Once it is mixed together, beat on medium speed for 30 more seconds.
  3. Pour in the vanilla and heavy cream. Beat for one minute on medium speed. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat for another 30 seconds.
  4. Scoop in the marshmallow fluff and beat on medium high for a minute to combine.
  5. That's it! You can refrigerate if you like it really cold, but I think it tastes great right away. Serve with fruit.

Notes

Reduce the speed to low before adding the powdered sugar or you will get a poof in your face.

Make sure the cream cheese has been out at room temperature for at least an hour before making the recipe. This will help you avoid having any cream cheese chunks in the dip.

Serve with fruit that doesn't easily fall apart. For example, don't use raspberries because they tend to fall apart in the dip. You want hearty fruits like melon, mango, strawberries, pineapple and grapes.

If you don't have a stand mixer or hand mixer, you can use a bowl and whisk as well. Just make sure to mix the ingredients really well!
