Marshmallow Fluff Fruit Dip

  • Author: Tara Smithson
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: Approx 1 & 1/2 cups 1x

This Marshmallow Fluff Fruit Dip combines a few simple ingredients and whips up in minutes. It is melt in your mouth delicious and is the perfect dip to dunk any fruit into!

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temp, leave out on counter for at least an hour before making)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff (The Marshmallow Fluff Brand is best)
  • Fruit to serve with the dip: I like to use strawberries, grapes and pineapple

  1. Into a stand mixer (or use a hand mixer and large bowl), add in the softened cream cheese and beat on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and beat for 30 more seconds.
  3. Pour in the vanilla and heavy cream. Beat for one minute on medium speed. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat for another 30 seconds.
  4. Scoop in the marshmallow fluff and beat for a minute to combine.
  5. That's it! You can refrigerate if you like it really cold, but I think it tastes great right away.

Serve with a fruit platter and watch it disappear. I like to use strawberries, grapes and pineapple.
