I've never seen my dad eat a lot of fruit and I left him unattended with this recipe. After about 10 minutes, he completely demolished it. I couldn't believe it, but he has always been a big fan of marshmallow fluff. Plus, it's so yummy, so who can blame him.

Fruit Dip Ingredients:
Marshmallow Fluff: Sweet, vanilla, marshmallow flavor and the star of this recipe. If you are not a fan of peanut butter fluff sandwiches, don't let this scare you. I promise it's delicious in the recipe. I like to use the Marshmallow Fluff brand.
Cream Cheese: Adds creamy, thickness to the fruit dip. Think about the flavor it brings into cheesecake and how fantastic cheese cake pairs with fruit. That's exactly what it does in this recipe.
Powdered Sugar: Sweetens the dip.
Heavy Cream: Brings in a milky, creaminess and thins out the recipe after adding the sugar.
Vanilla: Just a touch for additional vanilla flavor.
Substitutions & Variations:
Want to make it even sweeter? Try adding in ⅛ cup of chocolate chips.

Step 1: Into a stand mixer (or use a hand mixer and large bowl), add in the softened cream cheese and beat on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Reduce speed to low and add in the powdered sugar. Once it is mixed in, beat on medium speed for 30 more seconds.
Step 3: Pour in the vanilla and heavy cream. Beat for one minute on medium speed. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat for another 30 seconds.
Step 4: Scoop in the marshmallow fluff and beat on medium high for a minute to combine.
Enjoy! That's it! You can refrigerate if you like it really cold, but I think it tastes great right away.
Serve with a fruit platter and watch it disappear. I like to use strawberries, grapes and pineapple.
Expert Tips:
Reduce the speed to low before adding the powdered sugar or you will get a poof in your face.
Make sure the cream cheese has been out at room temperature for at least an hour before making the recipe. This will help you avoid having any cream cheese chunks in the dip.
Serve with fruit that doesn't easily fall apart. For example, don't use raspberries because they tend to fall apart in the dip. You want hearty fruits like melon, mango, strawberries, pineapple and grapes.
If you don't have a stand mixer or hand mixer, you can use a bowl and whisk as well. Just make sure to mix the ingredients really well!

Recipe FAQs:
Yes! The cream cheese needs to be at room temperature or set out on the counter for about an hour prior to making. This prevents chunks in the fruit dip. I know it's hard to wait, but it does make a difference.
I like strawberries, grapes and larger chunks of pineapple for dipping. Some other great fruits to use would be mango, cantaloupe, or honeydew melon. If I'm having a party, I stay away from apples because they turn brown. Raspberries and blackberries like to become part of the dip, so I avoid those as well.
Fruit dip stays good for up to 3 days in the fridge. Good luck keeping it that long though. This recipe usually gets eaten up in less than 30 minutes.
Storage:
Store the fruit dip in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
