This Healthy Banana Peach Smoothie is a quick and easy breakfast on the go. Five simple ingredients blend together for the best smoothie recipe.
Ingredients
- 10 ounce bag frozen peaches
- 1 banana, frozen into slices (or a fresh banana with 1/2 cup of ice)
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 and 1/2 cup milk (regular, oat, almond or coconut milk)
Instructions
- Add the peaches, banana, greek yogurt, honey and milk into the blender.
- Blend on high for a minute until ingredients are completely combined. Open lid and scrape ingredients down the sides of blender. Pulse a few times.
- That's it..so easy! Enjoy!
Notes
Always scrape down the sides of the blender in between blending to avoid any large chunks being poured into your smoothie.
I highly suggest using frozen fruit for this recipe. Ice tends to water down the smoothie, but frozen fruit offers the best frozen texture & keeps it very flavorful. Plus, you don't have to worry as much about not having a perfectly ripe piece of fruit.
