Description
This Limoncello Spritz is the ultimate Spring and Summer cocktail! It's refreshing and will transport you to the Amalfi Coast in Italy. This drink is so easy to make with only 3 ingredients!

For each Wine Glass:
- 2 parts Limoncello (2 ounces per glass)
- 3 parts Prosecco (3 ounces per glass)
- 1 part Soda Water or Sparkling Mineral Water (1 ounce per glass)
Instructions
- Fill wine glass half way with ice.
- Into the glass, pour in 2 ounces of cold limoncello over the ice.
- Pour in 3 ounces of Prosecco. Top with 1 ounce of Sparkling water for a classic Spritz, or add a bit more for a lighter cocktail.
- Garnish with mint sprig and lemon slices. Cheers!
