Description

This Dijonnaise is a simple dijon mustard and mayonnaise spread that tastes amazing over sausage, on smash burgers, sandwiches and more! It comes together in minutes and will elevate any dish. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, I prefer Hellmanns
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper into an immersion blender cup and pulse until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for preferably at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with sausage, burgers, sandwiches and more! Enjoy.

Notes

  • Place the immersion blender down into the ingredients before pulsing to avoid splashing.
  • If you are just whisking the ingredients, instead of blending, make sure to mince the garlic really fine.
