Description
This Dijonnaise is a simple dijon mustard and mayonnaise spread that tastes amazing over sausage, on smash burgers, sandwiches and more! It comes together in minutes and will elevate any dish.

- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, I prefer Hellmanns
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add the dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper into an immersion blender cup and pulse until smooth.
- Refrigerate for preferably at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with sausage, burgers, sandwiches and more! Enjoy.

- Place the immersion blender down into the ingredients before pulsing to avoid splashing.
- If you are just whisking the ingredients, instead of blending, make sure to mince the garlic really fine.
