Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar and graham cracker crust. Pack the crust into the pan and bake!

Make the Crust

In a large bowl, add in the lime juice, lime zest, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and egg yolks. Whisk really well until combined.

Make the Filling

Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then place in fridge for 2-3 hours. 

Prepare to Bake

Cut into slices and top with powdered sugar or whipped cream and ENJOY!
