Description

This Spicy Honey Mustard is absolutely delicious! It's so simple to make and uses easy ingredients you probably already have in your fridge & pantry!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/8 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use Hellmans)
  • 3 tablespoons regular honey
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of homemade hot honey or Mike's Hot Honey (see note below)
  • 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, add in all of the ingredients and whisk together very well until blended completely.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

If you don't want it super spicy, try starting out with just a teaspoon of Mike's Hot Honey, and add more in as desired. If the texture gets too thin, add in a tablespoon of mayonnaise

Make sure to whisk well to avoid small chunks of mayonnaise in the dressing.
