How to Make Avocado Cream Sauce:
Begin by roughly chopping the garlic clove and cilantro. Slice the lime and avocado in half.
Into a food processor or blender, add in the sour cream, avocado, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and salt.
Pulse a few times, then place on high for 30 seconds until throughly blended.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

- 1 avocado
- ¾ cup sour cream (or plain greek yogurt)
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 cup packed of cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
