This Bubbly Lavender Lemonade Cocktail is perfect for Summer. With freshly squeezed lemons and homemade lavender simple syrup, this will be your new favorite cocktail!
This Spring or Summer Cocktail is absolutely delicious and is filled with citrus flavor and floral notes. Vodka paired perfectly with these flavors. I can't imagine a better drink to serve by the pool.

In this recipe, my homemade Lavender Simple Syrup was used to create the perfect cocktail. It is a really simple recipe with water, sugar, and dried culinary lavender. If you have the time, I 100% recommend making it, or you can use a store bought lavender syrup.

Homemade lavender syrup actually has a yellow tint. The purple you see sometimes is added from food coloring. You can add a drop of purple in if you would like, just be careful you don't do too much and change the taste.
