This Smash Burger Sauce is the perfect topping for any burger, but especially the "Smash Burger." It's a combination of mayo and dijon mustard and it is SO GOOD! This recipe whips up in 5 minutes and stays good in the fridge for a week.
I was experimenting with some different burger sauce recipes this week. Once I came up with this one and actually tried it on a smash burger, I new it was the perfect match.
This Smashburger sauce recipe is so creamy and delicious, that you honestly don't even need any other toppings. However, add in some grilled onions and you will have everyone calling you the "grill master."

The Ingredients:
Mayonnaise- The creamy base of the sauce. I prefer Hellmann's Mayonnaise brand, but you can use the Dukes, Best Foods or any of your favorites.
Dijon Mustard- For more creamy texture and tanginess.
Garlic- Just a touch is added for additional flavor.
Worcestershire Sauce- Brings in umami, which basically just means a savory component.
Salt and Pepper- Added for seasoning.

Add in a few teaspoons of sweet or dill relish if you love pickles.
