This Smash Burger Sauce is the perfect topping for any burger, but especially the "Smash Burger." It's a combination of mayo and dijon mustard and it is SO GOOD! This recipe whips up in minutes and stays good in the fridge for a week.
I was experimenting with some different burger sauce recipes this week. Once I came up with this one and actually tried it on a smash burger, winner winner chicken dinner!
This recipe is so good, that you honestly don't need any other toppings. However, add in some grilled onions and you will have everyone calling you the "grill master."

Why You'll Love This Recipe:
- It only takes 5 minutes to make
- This recipe is so creamy, tangy, and delicious and spreads perfectly on a brioche bun
- It uses ingredients that you probably already have in the fridge
- If sealed in a proper container, it will last in the fridge for up to a week
Don't forget to make my Blackstone Smash Burgers too!
The Ingredients:
Mayonnaise- The creamy base of the sauce. I like using Hellman's, but you can use the Dukes too:)
Dijon Mustard- For more creamy texture and tanginess
Garlic- Just a touch is added for additional flavor
Worcestershire Sauce- Brings in umami, which basically just means a savory component
Salt and Pepper- Added for seasoning
How to Make Smash Burger Sauce:
Into a large bowl, add in the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.
Whisk until fully combined.
That's all! Enjoy it spread on a burger or a sandwich!
Recipe FAQs:
Yes! It also tastes delicious spread on sandwiches, like a chicken club, turkey, ham, or any italian meat sub. Try it on an egg and cheese and thank me later!
This sauce will remain fresh for up to a week in the fridge. Just make sure to keep it in a sealed container or glass jar.
