Ingredients:
Cream Cheese: Softened and added into the mixture to tone down the sweetness and add creamy texture. It's important to be sat at a room temperature for about an hour before making the recipe.
Greek Yogurt: Added for Tangy flavor. I like to use plain Greek yogurt instead of flavored, so it doesn't add any sweetness.
Marshmallow Fluff: Any brand of fluff is great for this recipe! I used the Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme.

How to Make Cool Whip Marshmallow Fruit Salad:
Step 1: Wash the fruit and/or soak in water with lemon juice or vinegar to clean it. Rinse and drain well and dry the fruit on paper towels.
Step 2: Into a stand mixer or large bowl with hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese for 30 seconds on medium speed until smooth.
Step 3: Add the yogurt to the cream cheese and beat for 30 seconds on medium speed, scraping down the sides as needed. Plop in the marshmallow fluff and beat on low speed for 15 seconds.
Step 4: Fold the cool whip into the bowl until the mixture is fully combined. Avoid stirring heavily because we want a whipped texture. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes while we prep the fruit.
Step 5: Cut the grapes in half. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut the berries into small bite sized pieces.
Step 6: Remove the cool whip marshmallow mixture from the fridge. Add in blueberries, strawberries and grapes and gently stir until combined.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
Expert Tips:
- Remove as much water as possible from the fruit before adding to the cool whip base.
- Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature to avoid chunks in the whipped mixture.

Storage:
Wrap in plastic wrap or store in sealed containers in the fridge for up to 2 days. I recommend stirring it before eating because the fruit will continue to leak juices.
