These pomegranate cocktails with vodka are hands down, my favorite Holiday Cocktail! They are so fizzy, flavorful and pull me right into the Christmas season.

Oh my Christmas season! I love the Holidays. We just passed Thanksgiving and it is totally game time. Am I right fellow moms? Hold onto your hats until January 1. This time of year is just absolutely nuts, but I love it at the same time.

This Pomegranate Cocktail screams the holidays with that beautiful red color. It is bubbly and delicious. I have been drinking it the last few nights and absolutely love this one. It might be my favorite cocktail ever! It is really similar to a Moscow Mule with the ginger beer, unless you decide to use La Croix instead. Either way, this beverage is so yummy.

I prefer the ginger beer, but I am totally a ginger girl. That's a ginger girl, not the ever popular TikTok garlic girl. Garlic makes me burp (a lot).

If you love Holiday drinks, be sure to check out the recipes for Red Wine Sangria and White Wine Sangria, that are both amazing!

The Ingredients for this Holiday Cocktail:

Pomegranate Juice: For sweetness with just a bit of tart

Lime: Helps balance out the Vodka strength

Vodka: Pairs perfectly with the flavor combinations in the drink

Ginger Beer or La Croix: Creates the fizzy, bubbly Holiday magic under our noses. I love the ginger beer flavors, but if you are not a fan, go with La Croix. (the cranberry flavor is delicious in this drink)

Can I use a different type of alcohol than Vodka?

Vodka is my alcohol of choice here, but you could try Whiskey.

Can I make this non-alcoholic?

Oh heck yea! Most of my cocktails get served to my kids without alcohol in them. They haven't try this one, but they are obsessed with my tequila sunrise, without the tequila, of course. Just a sunrise for them, haha!

How to Make Pomegranate Cocktails with Vodka:

Fill a cocktail shaker up to the top with ice. Pour in vodka, lime juice, and pomegranate juice. Shake and pour into 2 cocktail glasses filled half way with ice.

Top with your choice of ginger beer or La Croix.

Serve with a lime wedge. I also stuck a cranberry on the end of my cocktail gnome picks for a little extra festivity.

Drink up!

Note: I snagged those gnome toothpicks at TJ Maxx and I wish I would have bought more! They are so stinking cute!
