This Apple Cider Martini is so fun and festive for the Fall Season. It's super easy to whip up in minutes, with just a few ingredients. A must make Autumn cocktail!
This Apple Cider Cocktail with Vodka is about as easy to make as pouring a glass of wine, so switch it up next time you're hosting and offer guests this martini instead.
It's sweet and tart with fresh apple cider, maple syrup and a cinnamon sugar rim. This would be a great Martini to serve for Thanksgiving too. It's fancy, but easy, which are my favorite type of cocktails.

Ingredients:
Apple Cider: The star of the show with it's sweet, tart and thick texture from fresh Fall apples. It's used for the cocktail and to coat the rim of the martini glass, and works as a glue to hold the cinnamon sugar onto the edges.
Vodka: A plain vodka pairs perfectly with the apple flavors and keeps the drink nice and light. I love this Hangar 1 vodka, but any higher shelf vodka works here.
Maple Syrup: Added for sweetness and flavor.
Cinnamon Stick: Brings in a touch of warm, Fall spice.
Cinnamon and Sugar: Mixed together and adhered to the rim of the martini glass for the ultimate Fall flavors.

Substitutions and Variations:
For an added mixer, you can add a shot of Triple sec, but I prefer the taste of only Vodka. The Vodka can be doubled for a stronger drink too.
For less sweetness, leave off the cinnamon sugar rim, but understand that this is a pretty sweet drink regardless of the rim.

How to Make an Apple Cider Martini:
Step 1: Prepare two small plates: One with 2 tablespoons of apple cider and the second plate with cinnamon and sugar mixed together.
Step 2: Dip the rim of the glass in the apple cider, then dunk in the cinnamon sugar and spin around to coat. Repeat with both glasses.
Step 3: Fill the shaker with ½ cup ice, apple cider, vodka, maple syrup and one cinnamon stick. Shake well.
Step 4: Pour the cocktail into the glasses, being careful not to touch the rim. Enjoy!
Expert Tips 🍸:
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar rims before making the drinks. That way, you can pour the cocktail right in.

Recipe FAQs:
Vodka is used in this recipe and tastes amazing. Bourbon also goes extremely well, like in this Bourbon Apple Cider Cocktail.
Martini rims are all about sugar and margaritas need salt. This martini uses a combination of cinnamon and sugar for the rim, which pairs so well with apple.
It depends on the type of apple cider you use, but most will be on the sweeter side with a touch of tart. Plus, we're adding maple syrup and a cinnamon and sugar rim, which adds to the sweetness.
