Ingredients:

Goat Cheese: I recommend original goat cheese, so we don't get too many weird flavors going on.
Cream Cheese: Let it sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before whipping together with the goat cheese. If it's really cold, it will lump up.
Pistachios: No shell right out of the package will save you time, but you can buy shelled and remove them too.

How to Make this Layered Goat Cheese Dip:

Step 1: Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and allow to sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Dice up the peaches, mango, and jalapeno.

Step 2: Place the pistachios in a sandwich bag and hit with a mallet to crush into different sizes.

Step 3: In the stand mixer with beater attachment or in a bowl with a hand mixer, whip up the cream cheese for 30 seconds on medium speed. Add in the goat cheese and beat for another minute.

Step 4: Spread the goat cheese base on the bottom of the serving dish. Cover the goat cheese in a layer of peach preserves. Sprinkle over the peach, mango and jalapeño. Top with crushed pistachios and drizzle the hot honey over the dip.

Step 5: Serve with pita chips or triscuits for dipping. Enjoy!
Expert Tips:
- Allow the cream cheese to come close to room temperature before whipping with the goat cheese to avoid clumps.
- This dip tastes best the same day. The fruit will continue to leak out juices, which makes the dip watery over time.
